Like A Storm blasted through Fortescue, New Jersey last weekend with an acoustic performance for all to remember. These guys took to the pier around 7:30 pm and played through sunset. It was a beautiful site that we can’t even put into words. After the show we caught up with the event coordinator, Gina Zeck, and got her reaction:
Like A Storm took to the stage on my pier last weekend. What a whirlwind of emotions. Having met these guys a month before we lost our home in Hurricane Sandy, it all came full circle this day. Like A Storm had been there for me through the rebuilding process, both with their music and their kindness. Sharing the finished product with them, was more then special to me. Wanting to repay the favor, I held this as a fundraiser event for the guys. I was honored to be able to help, but there’s not enough money in the world to repay them for all they have done to help heal my heart. I’m “right back here where I belong….underneath these Southern Skies”.
