A Perfect Circle released “To Whom It May Concern” on September 29, 2026, alongside plans for a North American tour with support split between Puscifer and The Cult. The 32 announced shows begin April 13, 2027, in Vancouver and end June 13 in Phoenix, with stops at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Hollywood Bowl.
The new single was written earlier in 2026 and recorded at Billy Howerdel’s Lankershim Ranch Studio in Studio City, California. Howerdel produced the track, Matty Green handled the mix and Josh Freese played drums. It is the band’s second new single of the year, following “Starless,” which has reached No. 1 at Active Rock radio, according to the band’s announcement. An official visualizer accompanies the release.
Puscifer will join the tour for all six Canadian performances and the April 25 show at Detroit’s Fox Theatre. That portion of the run puts Maynard James Keenan onstage with both bands, moving through Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg before two nights in Niagara Falls. “Very much looking forward to pulling double duty through Canada with A Perfect Circle and Puscifer,” Keenan said in the press release.
The Cult take over support duties April 27 at Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway and remain on the bill through the Phoenix finale. The US itinerary includes Camden, Newark, Nashville and Chicago before heading west. Red Rocks is scheduled for May 27, followed by the Hollywood Bowl on June 6 and two nights at Fontainebleau Las Vegas on June 10 and 11.
Before the 2027 run, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer have a previously announced tour through Latin America, Australia, New Zealand and Japan in November and December 2026. That itinerary finishes December 19 in Honolulu, with Dave Hill also appearing on the fall dates.
Tickets for the new North American dates go on sale October 2, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time through A Perfect Circle’s website. The artist presale opens September 30 at 10 a.m. local time using the password PERFECT and closes October 1 at 10 p.m. local time. Local presales run October 1 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time.
The May 19 show in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, has a separate sale date still to be announced. Its venue is also pending.
