Fall Out Boy Confirm “ACES” for November 9 Release

1 min read

Fall Out Boy have announced “ACES,” arriving Monday, November 9, at 10:30 a.m. PT / 1:30 p.m. ET. The band shared the release timing on Facebook as their Twilight Town Mall campaign opened another storefront, this time with an invitation to hear new music.

The announcement gives a concrete destination to a rollout built around exploring the band’s website. Twilight Town Mall has its own directory, fictional businesses and visitor services, with locations becoming accessible as the campaign develops. Fans can move between the Twilight Dream Center, Two Quarters Arcade and Lake Effect Kids Toys, alongside a food court, security page and lost and found.

Aces Hifi Records connects that shopping center setting directly to the music. Its page invites visitors to text FOBROCK to hear a preview, making the record shop a listening stop within the larger campaign.

The timing also follows a clue from the mall’s box office. Kerrang! reported that fans texting its number received an automated message pointing to the same Monday morning time. An accompanying ticket image carried the phrase “Just Out Of Reach,” prompting speculation about what the band would announce.

Fall Out Boy’s subsequent Facebook post names “ACES” and gives its release time. While the full track is scheduled for Monday, the Aces Hifi Records page provides the band’s instructions for hearing new music ahead of its arrival.
