Fall Out Boy’s version of “It Feels Like Christmas” has moved beyond Spotify with a wider digital release on October 6, 2026. Their cover of the song from The Muppet Christmas Carol is now available on additional services, accompanied by an official upload on the band’s YouTube channel.
The recording first appeared on October 15, 2025, as part of the Spotify Singles Holiday series. Fall Out Boy chose a song written by Paul Williams for the 1992 film, where the Ghost of Christmas Present performs it for Ebenezer Scrooge. The selection reflected the band’s affection for the movie and its soundtrack.
“We always loved the music and we had a blast getting to put our stamp on a version of it,” the band wrote in their original Instagram announcement.
That Spotify release remains available, while the expanded rollout adds Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music and Deezer. Listeners can find the services through the band’s official release page.
