Alter Bridge closed out the theater on the first night of ShipRocked 2017.
They played an explosive set which included the popular “Addicted to Pain” and “Cry of Achilles” from their 2013 album, Fortress. Throughout the performance, lead vocalist Myles Kennedy captivated the audience with his ability to effortlessly deliver each note. They also performed favorites “Crows on a Wire, “Waters Rising,” “Blackbird,” and “Metalingus.” It was awesome to see highly-regarded guitarist Mark Tremonti as he tore up the stage. After the set, the crowd roared when they closed their performance with their current single “Show Me a Leader” and 2007 hit “Rise Today.”
